Once Upon A Time #19
"The Breakstone Wooden Cheese Box".....Yes, once upon a time
cheese came in a wooden box....The brand that I am most
familiar was Breakstone Cheese.....In fact the brand name is
still in existence for many supermarket cheese products.....
During the '40s American cheese was sold by the pound in
a deli or dairy store....The block of cheese measured about
one foot long and was three and one-half inches square.....
The cheese arrived at the store in a 3/16 inch wooden box
imprinted with the brand name......And was wrapped
in waxed paper inside the box.....
When the grocer removed the cheese from the box, he would
throw it away.....Therefore it was very important to be friendly
with the grocer in order to salvage the box from the trash bin.....
These little boxes had many uses......They were great for storing
crayons and other small objects.....By cutting little slots in them
they were used in street marble games....A box with a 'salvaged
cover" and some tape made a child's 'safe deposit box'......
Eventually it became more cost efficient to place the wrapped
cheese in a cardboard or chip-paper box.......And there it has
stayed for some 50 year......Anyone see a good reusable
cigar box lately?.......Pumps

Fear & Guilt
America today has lost most, if not all, of its 'fear and guilt'......
Growing up years ago, 'one' feared the teacher's wooden ruler
and father's leather belt......After WWII the returning
veterans pampered their offspring, which was justifiable
in their eye......
While physical punishment, by teachers, was stopped
during my high school years, the walking passed a piece
of dropped paper in the school's hallways was not
tolerated, and punishable by "jug" (staying after school).....
To this day I pick up items that have been dropped in
supermarket isles.......
A few days ago a parson's wife shot her husband in the
back.....Her "I am sorry" does not refer to any 'fear or guilt'...
If 'something' happens it is the fault of someone else.....
"Why should I 'fear' or have any 'guilt' regarding any action
I may decide to take.....
This 'social philosophy' is now being used by others because
they can.....Older people feel guilty not driving with a seat
belt because it has become the law.....Some think now, "What
seat belt?", the heck with that law and let us forget proper
registrations, license plates, etc....."If anyone else feels
'guilty' and 'fears' the law, that is their problem, it is not
mine".......
When a 'pin prick" is cruel and inhumane for a convicted
murderer, we as a society are in trouble......Pumps

Analog To Digital
In a few years the US Government will mandate that all
television signals be broadcast and transmitted in a digital
format......The current method is analog......This change will
effect certain television picture reception......
It is being said that "one" would have to buy a $20.00
conversion kit in order to receive a television signal being
transmitted through the air......This "signal" change would
be converted for cable and satellite......If you have "rabbit ears"
the "kit" would be required......
I suspect there may be a few people left receiving a TV signal
via "rabbit ears", but there are may more who own a back up
TV, in order to receive a basic TV signal during a power failure.....
Will a $20.00 "kit" be needed for use on a $20-50 battery
operated TV/radio set......Remember even if someone has
power or back-up generated power, the telephone or cable
lines may be "dead"......
Now is the time for the manufacturers of these little, and often
needed, back up TVs to plan for the "digital signal change".....

1099-Misc
I guess it is back to immigration again......Since this is the
topic on the front of many newspapers, let us revisit the
1099-Misc again......
There are many ways to pay people for their services.....
#1 A paycheck with taxes and other benefits withheld.....
#2 Out of pocket CASH......
#3 A pay check with the issue of a 1099-Misc once a year.....
#4 Stock bonus and other "perks"......
With regard to the newly arrived immigrants, a lot are
paid in CASH or with the issuance of IRS form 1099-Misc
which denotes the payment of funds to a "sub-contractor"....
This contractor is now responsible for the payment of his/her
own IRS taxes at the end of the year.......
While most of us will see a 1099-I (Interest) or 1099-D
(Dividend) you know that it is reported on your tax form
IRS 1040 and the Government will match your copy of
the "form" with their copy of the "form"....Apples to apples.....
If a wage earner is making $18.00 with the filing of a 1099-Misc
the actual "take home" is approx $12.60 per hour....The
difference between the two amounts is IRS taxes due......
Question: What is the current amount of unfiled and
uncollected taxes due the IRS?.....Apples due equals apples
received.......This would be an interesting amount for a
politician to throw into the immigration debate along with
a determination as to where that money was spent.....Pumps

work that Americans will not" is correct......And has been

Back in the 70's the State of Vermont decided to have the
young and able, which were collecting unemployment checks,
pick apples and reduce the financial stress on the State's
coffers........Well the "Woodstock" and "Mother Earth" set
failed.....The Jamaican nationals were flown in........
The Jamaicans would live in an old farm house, bunk bed
style, with propane for heat and cooking.....They had a pot
of "100 year soup" always going......
They worked all day picking apples, "piece work", being
paid for each filled bucket......After 6-8 weeks of hard labor
they were flown home and, with their US wages, lived like
kings for the next 8 months or so.....(During their tourist
season.)......Note: I was the propane man.......Pumps

I just love political years......For the next 6 months both the
Democrats and Republicans will discuss the current immigration
policies of the United States.....The will banter back and forth.....
They will position themselves, one way or another even to
the point of reversing their positions, in order to get re-elected
to their offices.......
Various social and political groups, both rightists and leftists,
will conduct rallies and incite the masses......The lines will be
drawn - maybe.....
On November 8, 2006 it will be all over......The immigration
discussion will once again be put in the closet for two years
and the banter will come to an end......(It will be just like
the Dubai ports deal - here today, gone tomorrow.)
These politicians have more money than they need.....If a
political committee wants my opinion, on immigration, or my
vote they can have it......My money stays in my pocket.....
My one hundred dollar donation will get me just more political
junk mail and contribution letters......Pumps

Drug Warnings
Over the past few years drug companies have had the ability
to directly advertise to the consuming public.....The "adverts"
tell you to ask your doctor about the pill to solve the problem
you THINK you have.......
Now the media is reporting that people are not reading the
warning labels or that the warning labels are not WARNING
enough.....Since when have we dropped the doctor out of the
"equation"......I thought he is supposed to know more than us....
If the doctor gives you the pill that you want IS HE/SHE NOT
RESPONSIBLE for that decision......And if so, why is not the
media talking to HIM/HER, instead of us.......
I suspect the media is trying to tell you NOT to ask for the drug
in the first place.....But in reality that is NOT your job.......
Let's put the doctor back in the equation....Besides
that is what you are paying them for........Pumps

Paycheck to Paycheck
So what else is new......People today complain that the struggle
of living from "paycheck to paycheck" is something new.....
A house, two cars, child care, gas and utility prices just make
their lives too stressful......
What is new is the monetary value......Today people complain
because they can not afford a $30,000 car.....They only make
$100,000 a year.....Years ago you could not afford a $3,000
car because you only made $10,000 a year.......Nothing has
changed.......
I will admit that things like child care, cell phones, TV cable
reception and two or three cars in a garage did not exist.....
Years ago it was just one car in the garage and a chicken in
every pot, on Sunday.....
People are forgetting one simple basic fact of life.....The more
you spend, the more you have to work in order to pay the
bills.....I hope these people do not tire.......Pumps

Life in Virginia
The State of Virginia wants to effect the life of those which live
in Jabunyaville.....It seems that it has something to do with
the roads....
It seems that from the beginning of history, if you build a road
someone will "travel" on it and someone will "build" a house on
it and the next thing you know....The road is crowded and
people "traveling" or "building" will complain about the road.....
During the past 4 years of the Governor's tenure, he tried to
promote a "bond" (money raising) issue to solve the problems
of two state areas.....Northern Virginia (Wash. DC area) which
is full of government type people and Hampton Roads (VA
Beach area) which is full of tourist and military, aka government
people.....Both "road improvement bond" issues were defeated
at the ballot box.....No one wanted to pay additional taxes.....
Well, we now have a new Governor.....This new guy is trying to
raise taxes and get the money to fix the same road problems that
NO ONE wanted to be pay "bond" money for.....
Let's face it.....It is a conundrum.....If you have new roads, more
people will "travel" and "build"....A 2006 problem is solved but
you create a 2012 one......Do you think the Governor will give a
"rat's ---) in 2012?......Pumps

Grunt Work #2
Another day watching 6 men (4 laborers and 2 supervisors)
dig holes in my back yard for a Verizon Fiber Optic Cable...
Earlier in the day 2 Verizon employees where here in their
truck for a "pow-wow".....
The agreed decision amongst them all was "stay away from
all the painted lines and flags".....Yes, the paid labors of all
the Miss Utility crews was for naught......I guess that since
the planned route for the new cable line was within 18 inches
of the 220V electric power supply line, no one wanted to take
the gamble and have someone "light up" if one of the diggers
touched it with his steel shovel......Wooden handle and all......
Smart move.....
All in all this crew has wired only 7 houses in two days of
work......No wonder my cable is so high and I do not expect
the competition (Verizon) to be any cheaper.......Pumps

elections......The surveys are in the mail.....The politicians
want to know how you feel.....They want your opinion....And
also your "political contribution"....."Please enclose the check"....
We all know that they are only concerned about themselves....
Being a politician is a business or trade.....Stay employed,
make money, have a great health care plan and retirement
pension fund......Your survey opinions do not in anyway
effect their decisions, they only help in formulating their
answers to your questions.....If they know how you feel, they
can construct the necessary answer which you want to hear.....
Since they have the lobbyist's money, free meals, airplane
trips and golfing excursions, the only thing that I could
contribute was my one vote......And so noted that fact on
the survey form "comment" line......Pumps

order to compete with Comcast.....It seems that life is not
complete without one big Box Store or Telecommunication
Corporation competing against each other for your pocket
change......
They talk about a Global Economy.....Try this on for size.....
The fiber optic crew speak a lot of Spanish, drove up in
Texas trucks and have a North Carolina company name
on their equipment......
Since I am of Polish decent and have heard a lot of bad
Polish jokes, here is one - How many Hispanics does it take
to pull a fiber optic cable? - Answer a lot.....
Only in America!.....No one has invented a "fiber optic
cable puller" yet......(The last time I saw this scene was in
a movie about building the pyramids.)......Pumps

Here Goes Gasoline Again #2 - Ethanol
With everything else on top of St. Croix, now let us add
Ethanol to the problem......All those nice "feeley" people
who complain about pollution have gotten their way....
The gasoline companies will now produce gas with 10%
of ethanol in order to improve your driving experience
and help the "ozone layer"......It will be sold in the
populous areas from New Hampshire to Virginia.....
As usual things will not go well and it will cost you more
money......#1 There is not enough US produced ethanol so
we will have to import more of it along with the basic crude
oil.....#2 If the underground gasoline storage tanks are
not properly cleaned of water and residue, at your local
gas station, the "new ethanol gasoline" will cause your
vehicle to get poor mileage.....#3 Since there will not be
enough of this special gasoline blend, when manufactured,
to cover everyone's needs there will be shortages and
the laws of supply and demand will apply and the price
per gallon WILL GO UP again.......
The next time you hear anyone complain about the price
of gasoline tell him to take his problem up with an
"environmentalist".....Or, anyone riding a Vespa.....Pumps

in the last month....Local "gas station" market has gasoline
UP about 50 cents in the last month......
Everyone is complaining again about the oil companies and
the price of gas.....Why do we not just get some of these "Wall
Street" types to cool down the "futures" market......Why are
guys/gals that make a lot of money "afraid".....
This sudden rise in gasoline prices is due to a refinery problem
in St. Croix.....It seems that they were handling Iran, Nigeria
and Alaska but now they are "spooked" by a St. Croix
refinery of Venezuelan oil.....It seem the refinery problem
may be fixed in two to four weeks.....
Until then, it is "supply and demand".........Pumps

St. Patrick's Day
This holiday is a big city "thing" which have large Catholic
populations....I guess there are still a few little towns which
will have a small parade but, in large, the bigger the city, the
bigger the bars and the bigger the parade.....
Years ago there was a section of New York City that had
at least 6 bars on a "block".....Block after block......Reason,
New York had a parade for everybody - Irish, German, Polish,
Hispanic, Italian.....(St. Pat's, Steuben, Pulaski, Puerto Rico,
Columbus.).....
The parade started in the 40's on Fifth Avenue.....Preceded
up Fifth to 86th Street and turned East.....The parade "broke
up" in "Germantown" at 86th and 2nd Ave......
Now each "block" between 82nd and 90th on 2nd and 1st
Avenues each had 6 bars.....One on each corner and one in
the middle on both sides of the street......
When that parade "broke up" there were a lot of thirsty
people with tired feet which wanted to take a sit down......
The bar owners paid their monthly rents just on the beer
money spent on parade days......(Needless to say all bars
do have toilets and it was also a long march.).....Pumps

ago when "www." became the new rage everybody was giving
everything away....Large multi-million dollar corporations
were formed over night, some people made millions, THEN
it came crashing down....Millionaire to pauper overnight....

Now ten years later, everybody wants money.....Subscribe to

song - 99 cents please.......Its all has gone from one extreme
to another......Dial-Up service, DSL and Broadband have their

Nobody Is Ever Happy
I recently read an article in the Portland, Maine newspaper which
dealt with the rising temperatures in the Northeast part of the
United States......(Global Warming).....It seems that the average
daily temperature in Portland was 3.3F degrees higher this
winter season.......
I suspect some newspaper editor is not happy because he can not
run stories about the sever cold winter, the elderly and the cost
of heating fuel........By the way, what is the Northeast going to do
with all that cheap Venezuelan oil Hugo sent up.......Most likely
sell it at a massive profit next heating season......
Oh yes, due to a warmer winter the "maple syrup" season may be cut
short.....Or is it the fact that the tree is finally sick and tired of
someone drilling holes in it each spring.....If it hurts cutting them
down just think what torture the drilling must be.....Pumps

Mascara Brush
From my "profile" you are aware that I have been around for a
while......My first awareness of lipstick, rouge, eye brow pencil and
mascara goes back to my pre-pubic days in the 1940's.......
Lipstick, I am told, has improved in texture and durability....
The eye pencil has all but "bit the dust".....Mascara still comes
in a little bottle with a little brush.......
All I can remember, for the last 50 years, is how there is a
constant advertising campaign on the "new and improved"
mascara and its little brush.......Every year we are told that
the "new and improved" will separate and extend the lashes.....
Year upon year......The new brush design will do wonders.....
I believe that a 1942 mascara brush will do the same job as
a 2006 model brush.....The only time your eye lashes get
longer is when you put on "phony" ones.....
The mascara brush belongs in the same category as the
"new and improved" cardboard box......Pumps

Undocumented Immigrants
OK, illegals, for some of you....We all know that this is a
national debate in the United States that will not be solved
very easily.......We know this section of the populace spends
money (some of the amount left over after their "wire
transfer" to Mexico) and business and commerce, in
general, want their piece of the "peso"......No problem.....
Problem is the fact that this social class knows exactly the
position they are in and take full advantage of it......
Their lack of documentation will not get them in any trouble....
Their lack of english will not get them in any trouble.......
Their not paying taxes will not get them in any trouble.....
Their small "brushes" with the law will not get them in any
trouble......No one is going to ship mom, pop, grandma, two
aunts and one uncle along with 3 native born American
children back across the Rio Grande.......
My grandma and grandpa came via the tramp steamer to
Ellis Island.....Got their papers, learned english and became
citizens......And they work hard at it......
I guess I am pretty tired of people getting away with a lot of

The Olde Apothecary
Years before the Walgreens, Rite-Aids and CVSs there was the
corner drug store.....A man went to school, learned how to
become a pharmacist and when he made enough money, at
his chosen profession, he would buy or open a small drug
store.....(It was not a female profession back then.)......
It was common place to go to the local druggist, if you had
a cold or sore throat....He would look you over good and give
you some medication.....If he determined that you were a little
sicker than you thought, he would recommend that you see
your local doctor, who had an office down the street......
Well things have not changed that much.....A large local, non-
corporate, pharmacy has decided to open a little clinic
within its doors to handle the basic cold and sore throat......
I suspect that it will also bring some extra revenue into the
business but it's nice to see the olde days back again......
Never can tell, one of these days, the condoms will be behind
the counter and only dispensed by the druggist again......
Talk about birth control, the shear fear of asking someone
else for a condom was enough "birth control"......Pumps

Olde Europe is still Olde Europe.....Milosevic is an example
of this.....
All I know is that Slobodan Milosevic was not a good man....
He tried to take Tito's place and continue to rule what was
once known as Yugoslavia......Tito ruled the combination of
ethnic groups, religions and ancient serfdoms with an iron
hand and succeeded is making a lot of money by renting out
his army to American movie companies.....
After Tito's death, like Charlemagne, the whole "deal"
collapsed......Milosevic was forced to fight to hold it all
together.....It did not work.....He became, in Western
eyes, the war criminal.......And off to trial he went.....
To the Hague, in Holland.....To a jail (or was it a castle
tower?).....To die......Was he guilty, was he innocent?....
A lot of people will make money from books which will
now study the history of the period......

The Dubai Port Deal
Well all the politicians have had their say....They can now go to
their constituents and say, "I did my job, I protected America"....
But what from money?......This "port deal" was all about money....
English money, Dubai money and for a time Singapore money.....
Any business "buy-out" is the same.....The same people come
to work and do the same job in the same place.....Only the name
in the corner of their pay check changes......Unseen to the
"common" worker is the corporate board room and the changes
of the faces at the large "walnut" table......
Dubai Ports World bought offices, cranes, warehouses and welding
equipment from England's P&O for 6.8 million dollars......For
some reason Singapore dropped out of the bidding war for fear
that it would have difficultly with the politics in America and
its Union Labor......(Somebody did their homework.)......
Rest assured that Dubai will not lose "one cent" of that 6.8 million....
It bought an English company.......The faces at the "walnut"
table will be American, the name on the check will be American
but in some back room (or Palace) there will be a gentleman from

And rest assured, America is safe from this money merchant,

There should be a better way.......When you want to dig in your
back yard, you are told to call "Miss Utility".......The electric
company sends someone out to look at your property and tell
you where and where not you can dig a hole.....(The wrong hole
in the wrong place could cause problems or death.).....
Well the local telephone company is planning to compete with
the local cable company for business......My back yard is now
"paint striped" with three different colors, by three different
"Miss Utility" crews, looking for three different types of
electrical conduit........
#1 Found the existing cable line......#2 Found the existing
electrical line.....#3 Found the telephone line......
Do you think that if someone had a "site" map with the
conduits "so noted", a lot of money and man hours would
be saved......Maybe some young entrepreneur will come up
with the idea and make a fortune......Pumps

Ma Bell
I guess that I have to say that I do miss her.....It has been
20 years since she's gone, but you have to admit that
things in general were a lot simpler back in those days.....
When your telephone did not work, you just went down to the
nearest street corner and put 10 cents into the public
telephone to make your call.......You communicated......
Today it is "communicate 24/7" or else......If you do not,
you and your life are not complete, for some reason......Today
your life can be ruined and your future destroyed by a "dead"
cell phone battery or worse yet "being out of your cell".....
Twenty years ago people learned to "live" as individuals and
make their own decisions.....Today we need the "constant"
contact, with others, in order to live a normally......
And as a result, when your cell phone goes dead, you can not
find a "pay telephone" easily anymore.....When and if you do,
the technological advances, in the past 20 years, have
raised the price of the call to 50 cents on a telephone owned
and operated by the Desert Telecom Corp of Tripoli......
(Two guys in a tent.)......
There was even a "human" on the other end of that olde
10 cent pay phone......I do miss Ma Bell......Pumps

Geography
A little over 50 years ago I was a sophomore in High School and
took a Geography class.....For freshmen it was Social Studies,
juniors World History and seniors American History.....These
four subjects gave you an understanding of the world as it
existed, past and present.....
It appears today that a simple, straight forward, Geography
class consists in the development of "Mental Landscaping"
and its effects on how a high school student perceives the
rest of the world......
No wonder the kids today are not learning anything.....Just think
that when they get older and are doing a crossword puzzle,
no one taught them the four letter word for China Continent
or how to read a map when the "On Star" or auto GPS
system fails....Their only survival tool is to "Mental
Landscape" and try to solve their problem....Pumps

came along other little telephone companies, with new
technology, that wanted to compete with "Good olde Ma"....
"Ma" wanted to use the new technology and in order to
make everybody happy, "Ma Bell" was split up in to little
"Baby Bells" and the telephone industry has never been
the same.....
One of the new "Baby Bells" was AT&T, which was
allowed to handle long distance calls only.....The other
"Babies" handled local and regional calls......This now, ever
evolving industry saw the formation of cell phone carriers,
cable operators all looking for a piece of the "telephone"
pie.....During the last 20 years merger has led to merger
which has led to merger.....
AT&T has just bought a "Baby", Bell South......Verizon and
Qwest, which were formed from other "Babies" are still
providing regional services.....The large cable companies
want your telephone business and the large telephone
companies want your cable business......
With all this making and losing money over the past 20
years, it would be funny if AT&T comes out on top
again......Pumps

A Collapsing Empire
Just as Rome's Empire and Coliseum have fallen over the
years, brick by brick, so to is the American automobile
industry.......The latest "rock" to fall has been the Dana
Corporation which makes transmission, brake and drive
parts for the American manufacturers......They have
decided to file Chapter 11 on their American operation
only......It seems that GM and Ford want them to drop
their prices......
When olde Sam Gompers started the union movement
it was for the protection of the worker......The Federal
Government and OSHA have now undertaken that duty....
The union movement has turned into a money making
industry for a select few and succeeded to "out price"
its "product" in the world market of this current age......
(There have been previous world markets.).......
As with all things, cars will never stopped being built......
Just the majority will be built by other non-union
companies.......There is still one small American stage
coach manufacturer......I suspect there will also be
one small American car manufacturer......
Or like other things we currently use, the Chevy or
Ford will be imported from China or India.....Pumps

"Chicken Little"
The "Global Warming" people are keeping the subject alive
in daily news articles regarding their scientific findings,
analysis and predictions......
The latest story concerns the melting of the ice in the
Arctic and Antarctic.....They are saying that the melting
ice will raise the level of the seas and earth will suffer
from this disaster......People no need to worry.....
The climatologists now have to contend with the theories
of the astronomers......Why worry about global warming
when an asteroid has a 1,000 in 1 chance of hitting the
surface of the earth in the year 2110.....
Let's go people.....We only have 104 years to worry about
the "Chicken Little" problem and solve it....Our
great-great-great grandchildren have to get on it right
now......Pumps

Pizza
What's up with pizza?.....Is it America's first fast food?......Since
the late 40's I have eaten it long before there was a McDonald's....
Although, there was a White Castle......
Here is a food that provides at least 1/3 to 1/2 of one's
daily calorie intake, in only one slice, and we eat it as if it
was going out of style.....People who travel abroad return to
the US and the first thing they want is a slice of pizza....
(McDonald's is now global.).....
There are three major national food chains that supply this
product along with thousands upon thousands of independent
shops or restaurants.....While pizza is an Italian product, it
is now being provided by other nationalities.....Making pizza
is a good business and a source of wealth.....Only in America...
That's it, have to go pick up my pizza for supper......Being
frugal, we do not have it delivered.....Pumps

theaters, concert halls and even during church services.....
There is work being done in various construction
manufacturing industries to develop and market
items which will interfere with the transmission of a
cell phone "radio" signal in certain venues.....
As usual "The Wireless Association" is against any
usage of any signal blocking material....."What will
happen to the emergency calls from a babysitter to
a parent or a hospital to a doctor?", they say.....
This "Association" has no answer to the question,
"How did people handle these problems prior to the
invention of the cell phone?".........Pumps

The Gamblers
For the past week I have followed the "Yahoo Message Board"
covering the Sherwin Williams Company and have "blogged"
on Nuisance and Lead.....As of today the SW common stock
is selling for approximately $45 a share......And, I remembered
that is was selling in that price range not so long ago.....
So I checked it out......
The company's stock price has been a tennis ball bouncing
over a $45 tennis net for a full year......It was only in the last
month or so it went up above $50.....It was also only about
4-5 weeks ago that the Rhode Island lead trial got underway...
Conclusion, a lot of people, who play with stocks, bought at
$45 or better, in the hopes that the stock would really go
higher and they would make a "killing".....When the wrong
verdict came in (at $52) the stock plunged to $42, where it
had been last November......
All the stock gamblers quickly pulled out their money, in order
not to lose their initial investment and then complained and
complained on the "message board", never once accepting
responsibility for their their own actions.....I suspect those
that lost money complained the loudest.....
I wonder if anyone ever told these gambling "day traders"
that life is not fair......Pumps

that is was selling in that price range not so long ago.....
So I checked it out......
The company's stock price has been a tennis ball bouncing
over a $45 tennis net for a full year......It was only in the last
month or so it went up above $50.....It was also only about
4-5 weeks ago that the Rhode Island lead trial got underway...
Conclusion, a lot of people, who play with stocks, bought at
$45 or better, in the hopes that the stock would really go
higher and they would make a "killing".....When the wrong
verdict came in (at $52) the stock plunged to $42, where it
had been last November......
All the stock gamblers quickly pulled out their money, in order
not to lose their initial investment and then complained and
complained on the "message board", never once accepting
responsibility for their their own actions.....I suspect those
that lost money complained the loudest.....
I wonder if anyone ever told these gambling "day traders"
that life is not fair......Pumps
