New Orleans - Revisited

If you ever saw three children arguing, on a street or in a
playground, over the ownership of a bat or ball, you can
picture the bureaucratic muddle about the recovery of
New Orleans......The money for rebuilding is there.....The
paperwork problem between Federal, State and City
agencies is also there.....And every agency is blaming the
other for the lack of progress......

Senator Lieberman of Connecticut said recently that it
will take 10 years to rebuild New Orleans.....Try more
like 25.......And by then the signs on Bourbon Street will
be printed in English, French and Spanish.....

Yep, the void of citizens in New Orleans is being filled
by the Hispanic working class......And guess what?.....
There is a Hispanic baby boom going on.......
Mardi Gras, Easter, then Cinco de Mayo.......Pumps
