Decision Making
I have concluded, after my years in business, that there are two
types of "decision makers"........The first will make a decision and
if it is a bad one, they will change it and the problem is solved
again, it is hoped......
The second type does not make a decision at all......These people
hope the problem will resolve itself and go away or that someone
else will solve the problem......It is the "Wait and See 101" course
in management or personal relations......
I hate the latter method.......In my opinion the "do nothings" are
hoping they will succeed without any commitment to the
problem........Some of these people have risen to great position
and power but in the long run their lack of ability to solve a
problem usually comes to light.......
Have the BALLS to make a decision.....If it is wrong, then have
the BALLS to change it.......This method of, "I hope it will go
away", is a bunch of crap........A problem never goes away.......
