The Digital World
Everything is going digital......Movies, audio and in a few years
television signals.......I suspect that when the TV signal
goes digital everyone will be watching their TV, whether olde or
new flat screen, on a cable hook-up and there will be no
problem.....
However, if you own an emergency, battery operated, TV-
Weather Radio-AM/FM-Flash Light survival unit, you are
in deep do-do if you want to use the analog TV.......
Within the next few years a lot of 'system formats' will change
in the electronic industry......'Rabbit Ear' TV will be obsoleted......
DVDs will be replaced by either DVD-HD or BlueRay.....The
only thing safe will be your CD/Cassette/LP collection......
With all that technology out there, be prepared for more
'multi-functioned' receivers......Pumps
