Menu Planning
I have come to the conclusion that a weekly menu dinner plan
does work.....The time taken once a week to fill out all or the
majority of the forthcoming week with supper suggestions
is worth it.....Whether, homemade, take-out, delivery or
leftovers, the time spent does reduce the daily "stress level"....
A "dry-erase" board, chalk board or cork will do just fine for
planning your thoughts ahead of time.....It also helps with the
weekly shopping list....
Yep! Fifteen minutes a week ends that daily ominous question,
"What's for supper????".......Pumps
