The Levees
Well, it is now official......The New Orleans levees did not "hold"
due to "human failure"......It took two groups, one scientific
and one engineering, to finally conclude this fact......
The levees are not a natural formation.....They had to be built
by HUMANS and they FAILED......Thus "human failure".....
How much money was spent to obtain this foregone
conclusion?.......Now bureaucracies, engineers and contractors
will all "run for the hills".....
One day the Leaning Tower of Pisa will fall over.....It well be due
to "human failure".....Improperly engineered, poorly
constructed and not maintained by the bureaucrats.....Pumps
