Pumps' Perplexities

Well an investigative report by a local TV station has
confirmed that stores like Wal-Mart and Target will
sell the same item for different prices in the same
town or metropolitan area....

It seems that the prices are higher in the section of
the town with higher real estate values...I guess the
bottom line is that, "If you can afford the house, you
can afford them"....

While the cost of the item is the same between one
store to another, the manager has the option to set
the pricing at the level he/she so chooses....This of
course results in added profits and a larger bonus
for said manager.....

So I guess it is best to know your prices and shop
in the poorer side of town for the best bargains...Pumps
