Pumps' Perplexities

Some thirty years ago there was a gasoline shortage and the
price of gas also "went through the roof"....In order to save
gas and cut down on "congestion", making a right hand turn
at a red light, after coming to a complete stop, was approved
by the Government....

Well once again the roads have become congested....The
price of gasoline is high and many gallons are being wasted
at intersections, waiting for the red light to change...

Since "over-passes" and "sky-ways" are expensive, I wonder
what new idea the Government will come up with this
time.....Pumps
