Everything Has Got To Be Finite
Everyone has a grandmother that never used a recipe...Now,
in these times, every part of the recipe has to be exact, the
ingredients, the cooking temperature and the method of
preparation...
Even on packaged foods, people prepare the product precisely
following the printed instructions...Never is one moment of
thought given to the fact that the instructions were the
result of preparing the food in a food laboratory and not
a home kitchen with a slightly miscalibrated oven setting
or burner sensor...
Grandma added this, changed that and had a "feel" and love
for her finished product...Many of the cooks today have lost
the art of "feel" and have replaced it with "finite"...Pumps
